MPH Specialization in Clinical Investigation Application Process
Application Deadline
Applications and all required documentation should be submitted by the deadline:
- November 30 for all international applications (regular admission and fellowship consideration).
- February 1 for domestic applicants - if applying for fellowship consideration, the deadline is January 1.
NOTE: We encourage applicants to apply at least 3 weeks prior to the deadlines to allow sufficient time for processing. Applications received after the deadline will be considered if space remains available.
Eligibility

- Nonrefundable application fee: $40 for domestic applicants, $50 for international applicants.
- One official transcript or record of marks for each university-level school attended. Include English translation of any foreign documents.
- Official GRE scores or acceptable substitution (persons with doctoral clinical degrees or in progress for them may be able to use the corresponding professional entrance exam score - e.g., MCAT. http://www.gre.com/ - use score report institution code 1592
Items to be provided to the Ohio State University College of Public Health
- A personal statement that (1)explains your motivation and interest in graduate study in clinical investigation, and (2) evaluates your qualifications, including your academic record as well as work and other experiences.
- Resume or curriculum vitae, which may be e-mailed to cph@cph.osu.edu (please include your last name in the subject line).
- Request a copy of your College of Medicine application materials which should include a complete set of transcripts.
- Submit two current letters of recommendation different from those submitted at the time of your current application. These recommenders should be able to comment on your suitability for a research-oriented graduate degree program. Ohio State University employees must include a reference from their supervisor indicating approval for participation in this program. Please provide each of your references a copy of the form at this link to go with their letters:

The application and all supporting documents become the property of OSU and may not be returned to the applicant, forwarded to another institution, or duplicated for any purposes other than the OSU application review and admission process. Inactive files are destroyed annually.
