Transfer Students

A students who is currently or has ever been enrolled in a graduate program at Ohio State need the following materials to transfer to the College of Public Health.

  1. Contact the Office of Academic Programs in the College of Public Health to be certain that you understand the information that will be required and the process for review of your application for transfer.
  2. Request a copy of your file to be forwarded from your previous or current graduate program to the College of Public Health.
  3. Submit the following additional information:
    • Test scores and transcripts (if there are any that would not already be included in your file that is forwarded to the College of Public Health)
    • A new statement of purpose describing your motivation and preparation for graduate study in public health.
    • Resume or CV
    • Two letters of recommendation relevant to your application for admission in public health
