Don Shymanski
Director of Information Systems
Don oversees all aspects of the Information Systems Office in the College. His current specialization is in Cisco networking/firewalls. He maintains the highest standards in computing and network security. During the past 6 years, Don has moved the College from a non-unified system to a full-fledged enterprise-level network/infrastructure.
Michael Sabatino
System Manager
Michael maintains the hardware for the College’s server and oversees all of its network services, including Exchange email, data backup and system updates. He also provides streaming video for the College's Web site and monitors the Windows Active Directory. Additionally, he maintains the hardware and software in the College’s two computer labs and provides support for users of Windows and Apple computer systems.
Nick Vaver
System Analyst
Nick provides basic and broad-based support for technology-based systems, and participates in daily operations of the Information Systems Office. Additionally, he provides support to College faculty and staff as needed with anything involving Carmen, the university’s web-based classroom.
Ram Ganesan
Systems Developer
Ram is currently working with faculty and staff to redesign the College's Web pages. He is also developing Web and database applications for the College including an internal student database tool for the Office of Academic Programs. Ram is originally from India, where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Engineering in 1998 at the Madurai Kamaraj University. He previously worked at Indiana University as a Web developer and programmer. He has more than 7 years experience working in an higher-education environment.
