cqi2What is it?

A six month quality improvement training program designed to build capacity within public health agencies to implement and sustain a culture of quality at every level of the organization.

Who should apply?

Public health practitioners and their partners who wish to gain additional quality improvement, project management and leadership skills while addressing a specific preparedness-focused quality improvement project.

What else should I know?

Each selected team will receive a $5,000 mini-grant to assist with quality improvement project implementation costs as well as to help defray costs associated with participation.

The Center for Public Health Practice is a part of The Ohio State University's College of Public Health. The center is home to federally funded public health programs, including the Center for Public Health Preparedness, Pennsylvania and Ohio Public Health Training Center and the Buckeye Bluegrass Regional Leadership Academy. The center provides training to hundreds of public health practitioners every year through in-person and online programs. It also offers contractual and fee-for-service support in the areas of organizational and leadership development.
