Research Awareness Month

In October, the Office of Research hosts a series of events designed to highlight the wide range of support services available to OSU researchers and their staff members from the Office of Research and its support units. Some of the services showcased include:

  • Identification of funding opportunities for sponsored projects
  • Sponsored programs administration - from proposal submission through project closeout
  • Services to ensure protection for human subjects and/or animals involved in research, for example, assistance with IRB forms
  • Services for moving research to the marketplace - intellectual property management, nondisclosure/confidentiality disclosure agreements, licensing, inventions, patents, and copyrights
