Racquel Graham

Racquel Graham joined the Office of Workforce Development in March 2008 as a Program Manager specializing in leadership development initiatives, CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement), instructional design and building OWD’s consulting practice. Racquel has a wealth of experience in the public sector in both Iowa and Ohio. Most recently, she was with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and prior to that, the Ohio Office of Quality Services. She holds a Master’s Degree from Iowa State University in education and psychology, and is a graduate of the Ohio Mental Health Executive Leadership Program. She is a Certified Public Manager, a Zenger-Miller Master trainer, and is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Racquel has a great deal of experience facilitating groups, leading strategic planning and quality improvement processes, developing and presenting training, managing complex projects and more.
