A shuttle will be provided to get to the conference facility. Rooms are available for July 20-25, 2008. Please identify with “OSU College of Public Health Program”. All reservations must be made prior to June 20, 2008 in order to receive the group rate.

Fairfield Inn: 3031 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH, (614) 267-1111, www.FairfieldInn.com, located 1 mile from the Fawcett Center and the Longaberger Alumni House, heated indoor pool and spa, exercise room, restaurant, $104.00 per night plus tax. Please identify with group code “STAO”. All reservations must be made prior to June 20, 2008 in order to receive the group rate.

Holiday Inn on the Lane: 328 West Lane Avenue, Columbus, OH, (614) 294-4848, http://www.holidayinnosu.com/, located 0.73 miles from the Fawcett Center and the Longaberger Alumni House, airport shuttle, heated pool, hot tub, restaurant, lounge, $99 per night plus tax. A shuttle will be provided to the conference facility. Please identify with “SPABEM”. All reservations must be made prior to June 22, 2008 in order to receive the group rate.

Shuttles to and from the university and the airport, outdoor pool, and complimentary use of Balley Total Fitness, $99.00 per night plus tax. A shuttle will be provided to the conference facility. Please identify with “OSU Summer Program”. All reservations must be made prior to June 25, 2008 in order to receive the group rate.

Campus Housing (dormitory style rooms): Air conditioned and full linen service (includes bed linens and towels); Single Rate: $52; Double Rate $26 per person; Multiple Rate $21 per person. Anyone interested in these accommodations MUST indicate so when registering on http://oh.train.org as space is limited and reservations are taken on a first come/first serve basis. There are Ethernet ports in each room and these remain active during the summer. However, due to a varying maintenance schedule, internet connections are not guaranteed during your stay. The connections in your rooms, should they be active, are available for use by summer conference guests at no charge.

Guests may park in “C” lots. There are two C lots on North Campus, one across the street from Drackett Tower, and one next to Taylor Tower. You will need to purchase a parking permit for $5 /day.
