The Center for Clinical and Translational Science presents a two-part Tools of the Trade program: Financial Management for Grants and Clinical Trials: Tools and How to Use Them.
In Part 1 on June 6, Karla Gengler-Nowak, Grants & Contracts Administrator, College of Optometry, will introduce OSU researchers to the tools you have to understand how much you have to spend, what you’ve spent, and what you’ve committed to spending.
In Part 2 on June 13, Karla will address how to use the available tool to manage the funds for your clinical study. Learn how to think about your award’s financials in a proactive way, spot problems and research them, and – critically for clinical trials – what kinds of information are not available in the tools.
Both programs 11 am to Noon on Zoom.
