Dale serves as a program manager in the Division of Health Behavior and Health Promotion where he coordinates the Recruitment, Survey and Retention Core of the Center of Excellence in Regulatory Tobacco Science (CERTS). Dale is responsible for coordinating shared recruitment resources between research projects, including logistics for the CERTS address-based sampling effort. Dale also coordinates between projects to develop and monitor processes for online survey deployment, participant and data flow, participant retention, tracking overall recruitment progress and quality control.
Dale previously served as the data manager for a behavioral cancer research group in the Ohio State Psychology department. Additionally, he served as an administrative analyst for a privately-owned social science research firm. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and has completed several graduate courses in statistics.
