Please use the following forms to submit announcements and events pertinent to College of Public Health faculty, staff, students and/or alumni. Submissions will be reviewed by the communications team and published on the CPH website and/or in newsletters, wherever is relevant.

Deadlines for newsletter submission:
- The student newsletters are sent out weekly on Wednesdays during autumn and spring semesters.
- The faculty/staff newsletters are sent out weekly on Tuesdays, bi-weekly during the summer.
- Newsletter events and announcements are due by COB Friday before the newsletter is sent out.
Please include event start and end dates and times in the newsletter message, if needed. You MUST provide a valid contact name and email address or your submission will NOT be published. Announcements and events will also be published on the College of Public Health website.
College of Public Health faculty and staff can include PDF or JPG files with submissions when logged into the website. To log in to the website, please use your OSU lastname.#
