Applied Research and Evaluation for Improving Healthcare
The Center for Health Outcomes, Policy and Evaluation Studies (Center for HOPES), established in 1994, conducts applied research and evaluation to improve health and health care. Our clients include health care organizations, government agencies, community groups, and private-sector entities.
Located at The Ohio State University's College of Public Health, the Center strives to use the academic capabilities and experience of our faculty and research staff to conduct applied research and evaluation studies that will be of value to decision-makers. All of our studies are performed in close collaboration with our clients.
We have successfully conducted dozens of studies, including projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of health care delivery, analyzing the financial and policy implications of health care initiatives, evaluating treatment programs, and measuring heath-related outcomes. We look forward to working with your organization.
