Catherine Baumgardner ’86 MHA receives 2026 Ralph Davenport Mershon Award
Alumni Association honors Baumgardner’s exceptional leadership, service
Master of Health Administration alum Catherine Baumgardner received the 2026 Ralph Davenport Mershon Award, which recognizes her exceptional leadership and service to Ohio State.
For more than 40 years, Baumgardner ’86 MHA has been a dedicated volunteer, donor, adviser and mentor to fellow Buckeyes. She chairs alumni committees, guides university leaders, funds scholarships and strengthens the Buckeye community in countless ways.
“If anyone calls from Ohio State and says, ‘I need help,’ I always say, ‘Of course. What can I do?’”
