Christilene Dziedzorm Tumsiah, a graduate student in the Division of Biostatistics, earned first place in the graduate student category of the 2025 Scientific Communication Video Contest hosted by the Columbus chapter of the American Statistical Association.

Her video highlights how combining MRI data with clinical outcomes can improve Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and track progression. Tumsiah shared that making this research accessible beyond technical audiences was an especially meaningful part of the project.

Tumsiah was advised by Assistant Professor Fernanda Schumacher.
