Jiyoung Lee appointed to Infectious Disease Institute leadership
Institute supports research collaboration
College of Public Health Professor Jiyoung Lee was named an associate director of Ohio State’s Infectious Disease Institute, which supports collaboration and research to understand the connections between infectious diseases, human health and environments.
“I am excited to serve as an associate director of the IDI and contribute to its interdisciplinary and One Health mission,” she said.
College of Veterinary Medicine Professor Andrew Bowman, who has an appointment in the Division of Epidemiology, will serve as the institute’s associate director for strategic liaisons and institutional facilities.
