Paid one-time field interviewer opportunity
The National Drug Early Warning System is hiring one-time street interviewers to conduct anonymous surveys in Columbus.
The National Drug Early Warning System (NDEWS), funded to the University of Florida by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), provides the field with timely, salient, and valuable information on emerging substance use trends.
Details:
- Conduct anonymous 7-minute survey with adults about their knowledge and use of drugs via iPad in public spaces + collect saliva sample
- Work alongside RSR field interviewers from the University of Florida
- 20-25 hours of paid work over a weekend (Friday-Sunday) + paid virtual training session
- $15-20/hour based on experience
- Eligibility: At least 21 years old, familiar with location, not afraid to talk to people, experience with interviewing is preferred, Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability to work for scheduled weekend
