PhD student receives Sustainability Institute grant
Supports monitoring antibiotic resistance in campus wastewater
Minseung Kim, a PhD student in environmental health sciences, received a student grant from The Ohio State University Sustainability Institute for research focused on monitoring antibiotic resistance spread in campus wastewater.
The nearly $5,000 award will support his work for one academic year. Kim previously shared with the College of Public Health community what drew him to environmental health and how he aims to help communities manage water resources more efficiently.
