The Public Health Exchange Conference: Where Research and Practice Meet explores the latest research, best practices in public health and how to apply them both to your current work and long-term goals. Topics will include policy and systems, community focus and health behaviors and promotion.

The conference features workshops, hands-on activities, networking and poster presentations. Three sets of learning sessions will present perspectives and approaches to bridge the gaps between academic public health and public health practice, all centered in and with our communities.
