Yoo Jin Cho, PhD, MPH

Dr. Yoo Jin Cho, PhD, MPH, is an assistant professor of internal medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a member of the Center for Tobacco Research and Cancer Control Program at  The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. She is a behavioral scientist specializing in tobacco regulatory science, with a focus on how product design influences the abuse liability of nicotine and other consumer products regulated for public health. Her research uses human laboratory clinical trials to evaluate how design features affect product appeal, patterns of use, and biomarkers of exposure, with the goal of informing federal product regulations and protecting public health.
