Rachel Flocken

Rachel Flocken is committed to fostering positive and supportive workplaces. She pursued a career in HR to help create environments where employees feel valued and can succeed. Flocken is excited to collaborate with the CPH faculty, staff and student employees, partnering with the Office of Human Resources to develop innovative solutions that benefit everyone.

Flocken joined the college from the Economic and Community Development Institute, a small nonprofit where she served as HR manager. Prior to that role, she worked as the program coordinator for the Ohio State University College of Medicine’s Genetic Counseling Graduate Program while earning her Master of Human Resource Management from Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business.
