HBHP program manager to join series focusing on experiential leadership skill building and development

Sarah Cooper, a program manager in the Division of Health Behavior and Health Promotion, has been named to this year's Staff Leadership Series cohort. Through experiential learning, self-development and engagement with issues critical to leadership, the series challenges and supports staff to grow as leaders and cultivate supportive professional networks.
This university-wide initiative, facilitated by The Women’s Place, is designed to focus on the workplace context, tangible skills and strategies relevant to Ohio State culture. The goal is to create a pool of potential staff leaders from groups that traditionally have been underrepresented in key leadership roles.
