A successful research enterprise requires more than technical talent. A lab culture grounded in mentoring fosters skill development, retention, and the formation of strong, productive teams.

A panel of early-career and experienced research faculty will have a discussion, along with Q&A, about starting your lab and integrating mentoring into that process to create a positive lab culture. The program will feature small breakouts for more intimate conversations.
