Travel, learn and serve during winter break by participating in a Buck-I-SERV Alternative Break trip!
The Office of Student Life’s Buck-I-SERV Alternative Break program is now accepting applications for winter 2025-2026 trips. Winter break trips will travel from January 3-10, 2026. Buck-I-SERV is a week-long, substance-free program centered on direct community service and civic engagement.
Call for advisors
Buck-I-SERV is currently seeking trip advisors for winter break domestic trips. Advisors can be faculty, staff, graduate students or professional students. Trip advisors provide support and mentorship to student participants and leaders. Serving as an instrumental resource during alternative break experiences, advisors incur no participant fees and no previous experience is necessary. Learn more about the trip advisor role and submit an application today! Advisor applications will be accepted until September 28, 2025.
