March 27: last day to drop a spring semester course
Friday, March 27 is the last day students can drop a course; graduate students need written permission.
Graduate students are required to have written permission from their faculty advisor to drop a course. This permission can be an email from the advisor to the student giving permission to drop a course. Once a graduate student has the permission from their advisor, they need to forward the permission directly to the Graduate School at Grad-SchoolRegistrationServices@osu.edu. The email should include the students name, name.# and the course information (ex. PUBHBIO 6210) and the class number.
Staff in the Office of Academic Programs and Student Services cannot drop a course/courses for graduate students.
