Biography

Simon F. Haeder is an associate professor in the Division of Health Services Management and Policy. His research focuses on health care access, provider networks, administrative burdens and health policy implementation.

His work has been published in leading journals including Health Affairs, JAMA, American Political Science Review, and Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law. He has received over $3 million in research funding from organizations including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and state insurance departments.

As a frequent media contributor, he translates complex health policy research into accessible insights for policymakers and the public.
