Amanda Harvey-Panfil

Amanda is a research coordinator with the Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN), a reproductive health research collaborative housed at the College of Public Health. Before joining the college, she spent a year working as a project manager supporting an international portfolio of National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-funded grants, and two and a half years as a project coordinator for a NIH-funded Ohio State longitudinal research study. She spent six years in Guatemala prior to her work at Ohio State – first serving as a Peace Corps volunteer and later working with local nonprofit organizations. Amanda received a BS in business from Miami University and a MPH and MBA from Ohio State.
