Kynthia Droesch, MSEd, serves as the director of the Office of Academic Programs and Student Services (OAPSS). She oversees the day-to-day functions of the office, supervises the OAPSS staff, and works with graduate and undergraduate students, college faculty and staff, and the Ohio State community. Kynthia earned both a BA in Spanish and a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Counseling Services from the University of Dayton. She has been with Ohio State in academic advising positions since January 2001. Prior to working at Ohio State, she was an Assistant Director of Residence Life at Otterbein University (then College).
