As the communications and marketing lead for the college, Misti combines her two professional loves—storytelling and public health. Before coming to Ohio State to write about health sciences research, Misti was an award-winning journalist covering medicine, public health and science, focusing on issues including infant mortality, genetic disease, health disparities and vaccines. Misti, who joined the college in 2019, is also an alum of the MPH-PEP program.
