            Biography
Smith is a research scientist with the Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN). Within OPEN, Smith researches utilization of abortion and contraception care within Ohio's reproductive policy landscape. She also studies public opinion on abortion and its relation to policy. For her dissertation, Smith conducted comparative research of public investments in reproductive healthcare in the United States.
