The College of Public Health hosts renowned author and sociologist Dr. Pamela Herd. She will discuss how administrative burdens such as bureaucracy, paperwork and other complex regulations diminish the effectiveness of public programs. A panel discussion will be held from 2-3:30 p.m., followed by a reception with light refreshments until 4:30 p.m.
