The IDI Annual Meeting is the institute's premier annual event, bringing together leading experts to explore interdisciplinary infectious disease research. The meeting highlights the breadth of infectious disease research across Ohio State and its partners while creating opportunities for collaboration, idea sharing and new connections.
The meeting will feature keynote presentations from Dr. Luis Martinez-Sobrido, professor, Department of Infectious Disease and Prevention, Texas Biomedical Research Institute; and Dr. Sadie J. Ryan, professor, Department of Geography, University of Florida. Additional speaker announcements will be shared as details are finalized.
The program will also include a panel discussion, trainee talks, a research poster session with top abstract and poster awards, and networking opportunities. Trainees interested in presenting their research can submit an abstract through the event registration form.
