MHA program receives national award
Honor recognizes faculty engagement with AUPHA
The College of Public Health’s Master of Health Administration program was honored with the 2026 Award for Established Program Member from the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA), recognizing the program’s rich engagement with the organization.
“We are grateful to be recognized by AUPHA and appreciate the many opportunities to engage, collaborate, learn and share together,” said MHA Program Director Kelly Scheiderer.
This award recognizes significant accomplishments within a year across a program that has been a member for at least 10 years, including faculty who attend and present at AUPHA meetings, hold AUPHA committee leadership positions, publish in the Journal of Health Administration Education and more.
AUPHA award winners will be recognized during the 2026 annual meeting in San Diego, California in June. The organization’s 2025 annual meeting was held in Columbus.
