Opal Moore wins CPH Three Minute Thesis competition

Division of Environmental Health Sciences PhD student Opal Moore earned the top honor in the College of Public Health’s Three Minute Thesis competition, a contest that challenges students to distill their research for a general audience in only three minutes.

Moore’s presentation focused on tracking air quality in Columbus using low-cost sensors. She will present at the university-wide competition on Feb. 4.

Master’s student Ruth Larson and PhD student Joseph Faleti also competed.
