This training is intended for all Ohio State employees who would like to gain a better understanding of how to shift thinking around trauma.
Registration cost
Fees include all materials, a light lunch and snacks.
- One-day training (to learn the framework for a Trauma Informed Approach): $35 per person
- Two-day instructor training: $125 per person
Nov. 17 schedule
- 9:30 - 10 a.m. — Registration
- 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. — TIA training
- 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. — Lunch and table discussion
- 2 p.m. — TIA training conclusion and dismissal for non-instructors
- 2 - 4:30 p.m. — New instructor training
Nov. 18 schedule (new instructors only)
- 9 a.m. — Teach backs and feedback
- Noon — Lunch
- 12:45 - 4 p.m. — Implementation, data collection/IRB, and resources.
