The Shooting Championship of the America’s got a flavor of scarlet and gray on Thursday, as two Buckeyes – Katelyn Abeln and Henry Leverett – earned gold medals.

Abeln, a CPH student, won gold in 25m. pistol and she teamed up with Leverett to earn gold in the mixed team sport pistol event. In the 25m pistol, Abeln finished with a final score of 22, seven point better than second place Laina Perez of Cuba.
