Dr. John Licciardone, 1988 alumnus of Preventative Medicine, has been making a difference in public health for more than three decades. His writing, research, and knowledge has not gone unnoticed at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM). Because of his service and contributions, the University of North Texas (UNT) System Board of Regents has awarded Dr. Licciardone with the academic distinction of Regents Professor. This honor is given to someone who presents exemplary service as faculty members to their university, community, and the state of Texas. He is the first professor in TCOM's 50-year history to receive this honor. Join us at the College of Public Health in celebrating his achievements!
