MHA alum Lisa Sloane '07 honored by Ohio State Alumni Association

2024 Diversity Champion Award winner a long-time health equity advocate

Lisa Sloane '07 MHA 

Lisa Sloane, a health care leader who earned her Master of Health Administration in 2007, has been honored by the Ohio State Alumni Association for her work to promote inclusiveness in the health care setting. She received this year's prestigious Diversity Champion Award.

Sloane, the founder and chief executive officer of More Inclusive Healthcare, works with her team to develop eLearning modules that educate health care learners on data collection that includes race and ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability and other factors. Sloane’s courses train tens of thousands of hospital learners in the United States and Canada.
