Cleveland Clinic's Center for Value-based Care Research is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow for an Agency for Healthcare Research-funded project on community-acquired pneumonia.
Our team, consisting of eight full-time investigators (MDs and PhDs), is dedicated to enhancing population health through evidence-based, patient-centered care, aiming to deliver the right care at the right time to the right patients, at a lower cost.
The fellow will support clinical research studies focusing on the epidemiology, diagnosis, and management of community-acquired pneumonia. This will involve providing advanced study design and epidemiological guidance and performing advanced statistical analysis. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and gain unique research experience in both observational data analyses and randomized controlled trials (RCTs) under the mentorship of our multidisciplinary faculty. Fellows are encouraged to develop their own research ideas and career development grant applications (K awards) during the fellowship, with full support from the Cleveland Clinic and CVCR faculty.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with a negotiable start date. This position is for one year, with the possibility of renewal for a second year based on performance.
