To email a faculty or staff member at Ohio State, please use the name.#@osu.edu email address, not name.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu.
Buckeyemail is intended for student emails only. Emails that get sent to faculty and staff at name.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu are not forwarded to name.#@osu.edu and they don't receive them unfortunately.
When using the search function in Outlook, the default may show a name.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu, but you will have to manually edit the email address to the name.#@osu.edu.
