Advancing Health Literacy Franklin County is hosting a free, 1-day conference to learn how you and your organization can address health literacy and its impact on health care access and community engagement.
This is an in-person and virtual event, with afternoon breakout sessions. In-person space is limited, and registration is required.
This opportunity is being offered at no cost through the Advancing Health Literacy Grant funding by the Office of Minority Health. Continuing education credits for social work will be provided. These CEs can be transferred to Nurse CEs.
