The Institute for Population Research shares how to apply to access restricted data from Ohio State's new federal statistics research data center.

The Ohio State University is opening a federal statistics research data center (FSRDC) on the Columbus campus. The FSRDC program is a collaboration between research institutions and the United States Census Bureau to provide access to highly restricted data from the Census and 16 other federal agencies.

At this event, Ohio State FSRDC executive director Dean Lillard will provide a brief overview of the process for applying for access to restricted data. Experienced FSRDC users and administrators will be available for one-on-one conversations about individual projects.
