Job description

Southeast Healthcare is a SAMSHA Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Grant recipient. Interns will work with the CCBHC Care Coordination and Data Management teams to engage patients to collect 6 month follow up surveys. Students will have the opportunity to assist with the monitoring and evaluation of a large federal grant and learn about health behavior change interventions and trauma informed care in an integrated care environment. Paying $18-20/hour.

Qualifications
Undergraduate and Graduate students welcome to apply. Experience conducting outreach and surveys, including following scripts preferred, but not required. Training will be offered. Experience and interest working with people with severe mental illness and addiction and understanding of Trauma Informed Care practices a plus.
