Advocate For Public Health Evidence: Equity in Reproductive Health

The right to reproductive health (including access to life-saving screenings such as for cancer and STIs) is an equity issue that impacts all women, LGBTQ+ persons and low-income persons. As public health educators, students, practitioners and advocates, it is essential we support the right of all to receive comprehensive reproductive health care.

The right to reproductive health (including access to life-saving screenings such as for cancer and STIs) is an equity issue that impacts all women, LGBTQ+ persons and low-income persons. Therefore as public health educators (students/alum), practitioners and advocates it is essential that we support the right of all to receive comprehensive reproductive health care by calling on state and federal policymakers to ensure that reproductive rights are accessible to everyone regardless of economic status, race, ethnicity, and gender.
