Advocate for Public Health Evidence: Loan Repayment Program

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to take a toll on the public health workforce. To support recruitment and retention of professionals in the field, researchers have recommended strategies that policymakers can adopt, including loan repayment programs for public health graduates.

A grassroots group of public health students and graduates, the National Alliance of Public Health Students & Alums (NAPHSA), is currently encouraging signatures on a letter to Congress in support of fully funding the Public Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program, More information and the letter can be accessed below.
