Scholarship opportunity for highly motivated students committed to STEM research. The Astronaut Scholarship is a $15,000 award, given annually to about 60 scholars who intended to pursue a PhD and research career.
Sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply. Competitive applicants must have a strong GPA, significant research experience(s), and the intention to pursue a PhD and research career.
An information session about the scholarship is scheduled for 1:30-2:30 p.m., Jan. 30 in Room 201 at the Kuhn Undergraduate Honors and Scholars House (220 W. 12th Ave.). An online option on Zoom also will be available. The link will be emailed prior to the event.
