CEHV's ETHOS Fellows Program is a discussion-based program that introduces faculty, staff and graduate students to Ohio State's new Shared Values. Over the course of 6 one-hour sessions, Fellows share their thoughts on the significance and application of those values to their work. Each Fellow is also guaranteed a $500 fund to support values-based projects in their home units. New Deadline for ETHOS Fellows Spring 2023 Applications: March 16
The Shared Values include Excellence and Impact, Diversity and Innovation, Inclusion and Equity, Care and Compassion, and Integrity and Respect. How can these values shape individual and institutional decision-making to help Ohio State achieve its academic and service mission as a leading public university? For background on the Shared Values Initiative, please see Center for Ethics and Human Values (CEHV) Director Piers Turner’s interview in the fall 2022 Ohio State Alumni Magazine.
