Courtni Montgomery honored for work on high-risk breast cancer

Alum and CPH research associate recognized at the James Annual Scientific Meeting

Courtni Montgomery, MPH '21, was awarded the first place prize for a population sciences poster at Ohio State's James Annual Scientific Meeting. Montgomery is a research associate in the divisions of Health Services Management and Policy and Health Behavior and Health Promotion. Her award is for research done in Prof. Tasleem Padamsee's National Cancer Institute-funded Daughter Sister Mother Project. Her poster was titled "Developing a Patient Navigation Intervention to Decrease Barriers to High-Risk Breast Cancer Management Care."
