Exciting research opportunity for women with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Are you interested in contributing to groundbreaking research on women’s health? The SPARK Study (Symptoms of PCOS Ameliorated by Responses to Keto-adaptation) is currently recruiting participants!

The SPARK Study will analyze the effects of an 8-week controlled ketogenic diet on 20 women with PCOS. This study aims to explore whether a ketogenic diet can reinstate ovulation in women diagnosed with PCOS and improve other related symptoms. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this innovative research.

In our previous studies, we have seen changes in women's menstrual cycle, including a regain of their period after over a year of not having one, while being on a ketogenic diet. This study aims to see if the ketogenic diet can reinstate ovulation in women who have been diagnosed with PCOS amongst other things.
