The LeaderShape Institute is a free four-day, overnight retreat and immersive experience that challenges participants to clarify their values and create their vision for a just, caring, thriving world.
Not a typical leadership retreat, The LeaderShape Institute enhances participants' leadership capacity in service of integrity-driven leadership on their campus, in their community, within their organization, and beyond. From Dec. 14-17, 2024, students will participate in self-assessment, simulations and intensive small group discussions led by trained facilitators.
