There is no requirement to enroll during a benefits counseling session. Benefits counselors are trained and licensed in your State. During a session, your benefits counselor can explain more about these coverage options, provide you with pricing, and help you prepare for the unexpected.
If you are currently enrolled in Colonial Life voluntary benefits, and do not wish to change that coverage, no action is required.
