Real-world evidence analyst

Curta is seeking a full-time real-world evidence analyst to assist in projects using health data (claims, electronic health records, registries, etc.) for clients in the biopharma sector.

The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic about health data, good at time management alone and in group work, detail-oriented, self-starting, and flexible. Specifically, a love and focus on writing elegant code and a background in biostatistics is a must. You will be a part of an outcomes-focused team that seeks to rapidly iterate on RWE approaches and provide clients with exactly what they need.
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with a team of biostatisticians, economists, and data scientists, with additional cross-functional support from throughout the organization, to produce each step of statistical analysis projects from project inception (protocols, statistical analysis plans) to results communication (reports and manuscripts).
  • Work with databases (SQL, Snowflake), code analyses (R, SAS, Stata), and present results (Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to draw insights from large datasets via data tables and visualizations.
  • Plan, conduct, and communicate various types of statistical analyses, such as descriptions of healthcare resource utilization, patterns of care, costs, generalized linear models, survival analysis, interrupted time series, network meta-analysis, etc.
